For hiring businesses — covers platform fees, the engagement structure, and the direct engagement fee.
For fractional executives — covers verification, payment via platform-generated invoices, and the no-fees, no-restraint guarantees.
Both sides also agree to the Fair Play Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
